Client Radar & Client States
Client Radar & Client States
Your clients grouped by how they're doing, so you always know who needs you.
Getting here: open the menu (...) → Clients, then tap the Radar tab.
Radar groups every client into a state, powered by Que. Each group shows how many clients are in it and how many need action, so you can triage your whole roster in seconds.

Opening a group
Tap a state to open it. You'll see the clients split into Take Action and Actioned, each with their insight, engagement % and quick actions. Use Dismiss once you've dealt with a client to move them to Actioned.
Tap the info (i) to read what puts a client in that group, or the pencil to edit the group's name and description (then Update).

What the states mean
Crushing It — everything is moving in the right direction consistently — a sustained streak of completed sessions above the client's adherence baseline, HRV stable or improving, sleep consistency above 80%, and positive or neutral journal sentiment over the past seven days. It rewards consistency, not a single great week.
Strained — load, recovery and sentiment converging the wrong way — HRV trending down over three or more days, training strain running high versus their baseline, and sleep quality/consistency declining, often with journal or check-in language showing tiredness or stress. Any one alone is normal; together they flag genuine strain.
Quiet — a pattern of withdrawal — typically three or more days without app activity, a missed or overdue check-in, and no journal entries or wearable syncs. One quiet day is noise; several days of silence across the channels a client normally uses is worth acting on.
Building — a transitional, re-engaging state — a client who was Quiet or low-engagement is starting to come back (re-opened the app, submitted a check-in, or logged a session after a gap). They're held here while the return pattern confirms, so you can meet them at the moment they re-engage.
Milestone — within reach of a goal — a session-count milestone, a streak, a personal best, a programme-completion point, or an approaching date-based/onboarding target. It's proactive: it surfaces the moment before achievement so you can celebrate the effort while it's happening.
Busy — A client is Busy when they are still engaged but clearly compressed for time. Look for partial rather than absent engagement: some activities logged but consistently fewer than the program calls for, journal completion that is present but incomplete, short or irregular sleep with
sleep.durationorsleep.consistencylow while the client is still logging. Busy is the group for a client who has not disengaged and is not under physiological strain, but is fitting less in than their plan expects. Prefer Busy over Quiet when the client is still turning up in some form, and prefer Strained over Busy when the recovery data shows genuine physiological load.
