Overview
Clients: Overview
Your client hub — four ways to see who needs you.
The Clients screen is where you keep on top of everyone. Open it from the menu (...) → Clients. Along the top are four tabs — Feed, Radar, Live and All — plus a + to add a client, a gear, and a bell for notifications.

Feed
A prioritised stream of what's happening with your clients. Each card shows the client, a status (e.g. Crushing It, Gone Quiet, Feeling The Strain), how long ago, their value ($/m), a plain-language insight, an Engagement %, and quick actions (Voice Note, Read Journal, Check Sleep, Adjust Program, Profile). You can also react quickly — Cool, Celebrate, Rocket, Voice Note or DM.
Radar
Your clients grouped by state, so you can see who needs attention at a glance. The groups are Crushing It, Strained, Quiet, Building, Busy and Milestone. Each shows how many clients are in it and how many need action. Tap a group to see its clients (split into Take Action and Actioned); the info (i) explains what puts a client in that group, and the pencil lets you edit the group's name and description. The grouping is powered by Areela.

Live
Clients who are training right now, with live wearable data — heart rate, HR zone, calories and the device (e.g. Apple Watch, Whoop) — plus their session and progress %. Nudge them or open their Profile. (These are the clients that also appear on your home dashboard Training Now card.)
All
Your full client roster — searchable and alphabetical — including Invited (pending) clients who haven't joined yet. This tab also surfaces Ready for Review and Overdue check-ins.
Adding a client: tap the + to add/invite a new client. The full onboarding flow is in Assign a Base Program to a New Client.
