The Security & Privacy section (in Settings) lets you lock the app and manage your data.

Biometric Lock

In Settings, under Security & Privacy, tap Biometric Lock.
Turn it on to require Face ID / fingerprint each time the app opens.

Privacy Settings

Tap Privacy Settings to manage your privacy and data preferences.
