Settings Overview

Where to manage your profile, voice and app preferences.

Settings is where you manage your own account — your profile, the AI voice, and how the app looks and locks.

Opening Settings

Tap the cog (gear) icon in the top-right corner of your home screen. At the top of Settings you'll see your name (and subscription), with a pencil to change your photo.

General Settings

Profile — your name, phone, bio, specialty and experience. See Edit Your Profile.
Voice Options — the AI voice used in your sessions. See Voice Options.
Subscription & Billing — your plan and payment. Coming soon — not available yet.
Units & Metrics — how measurements are shown (e.g. kg / lbs). Coming soon — not available yet.

Coming Soon items: tapping Subscription & Billing or Units & Metrics shows a “Coming Soon” message with OK — these features aren't live yet.

Appearance

Use the Dark Mode toggle to switch between Light and Dark.

Security & Privacy

Biometric Lock — secure the app with Face ID / fingerprint.
Privacy Settings — manage your privacy and data preferences.

Support

Help & FAQ — browse help articles and common questions.
Contact Support — get in touch with the support team.
What's New — see the latest updates and features.

Danger Zone

Delete Account — permanently remove your account (in red).

Sign out

Tap Sign Out at the bottom of Settings to log out. The app version (e.g. Areela v0.1) is shown beneath it.

Heads up: Subscription & Billing and Units & Metrics currently show a “Coming Soon” message and aren't live yet.
