The Client Profile

The Client Profile

Everything about one client in one place.

Getting here: open Clients and tap a client's name (from any tab, or search in All).

The header

At the top you'll see the client's photo and name, their status (e.g. Active) and current mood (e.g. calm). Use the date selector (“Today”) to view a different day, and the cog (top-right) to open Client Settings.

Program tab

The Program tab shows the plan the client is following, in three sections, each with a count and an Adjust button:

  • Activities — their workouts, strains and recovery.

  • Fuel — their goal (e.g. Weight Loss ‑10%) and Daily Macros (kcal, carbs, protein, fat — toggle g / %).

  • Journal Entries — what they track, including Automatic items.

Tap Adjust on any section to make changes — see View and Adjust a Client's Program, Adjust a Client's Macros & Hydration and Add Journals & Automatic Tracking.

Insights tab

Switch to Insights to see the client's health and performance data over time — a scrollable set of cards, each drillable (›), with many showing a 7-day trend. It includes:

  • Activity and Fuel scores (%).

  • Stress (Low / Medium / High) and Readiness (%).

  • Sleep — Time in Bed, Quality and Time Asleep.

  • Fuel targets — the goal and daily macros.

  • Weight, Strain Performance, Oxygen Saturation and Blood Pressure (7-day trends).

Most of this is pulled automatically from the client's connected wearable.

Client Settings (the cog)

Tap the cog to open Client Settings:

  • Profile — the client's details.

  • Goals — their goals.

  • Units & Metrics — how measurements are shown for them.

  • Voice Options — the voice used for this client.

  • Reset to Base Program — revert the client to a base program. You pick which one with Select Program, choose whether to Generate new macros and Reset learning phase using the toggles, then tap Reset Program.
