Voice Options

Choose the AI voice used in your coaching sessions — or clone your own.

Getting here: tap the gear (top-right of home) to open Settings, then tap Voice Options.

The current voice

The default is Areela AI Voice (marked Default · Premium). Tap the play button to hear a preview.

Add your own voice

You can clone your own voice so the app speaks in it. There are two ways:

Create Voice (tap +) — instant clone. Creates a custom AI voice from a single YouTube video (the audio is extracted). Give it a Voice Name (e.g. Coach Voice, Energetic, Calm), paste a YouTube Video URL, and optionally set Labels (Language, Accent, Gender, Age). Use a clip with clear speech, minimal background noise and at least 30 seconds of audio.

Pro Voice Clone (tap the star) — professional clone. A higher-quality clone using ElevenLabs' PVC technology. Give it a Voice Name and add one or more YouTube Video URLs (Add another video — 3–5 videos of 1–5 minutes each is ideal), then tap Create Pro Voice.

Note on Pro Voice Clone: it gives better quality than instant cloning but requires speaker verification and training time (usually 15–30 minutes), and an ElevenLabs Creator plan or above.
