Add Check-in Prompts
Add Check-in Prompts
Tell Areela what to focus on in every check-in.
Check-in prompts are short instructions you write that steer every check-in — what you want to hear about from the client, and what Areela should pay attention to when it pulls the check-in together. Think of them as standing requests applied to each check-in.
Getting here: open Check ins, then under Configuration tap Check in prompts.
The prompt list
The Weekly Prompts screen shows the prompts that shape each weekly check-in. Built-in ones are tagged System — for example “How are your hunger levels?”, “How did training feel overall this week?”, “Did you complete your steps target?” and “What went well this week?”. You can Update or Delete any of them, and add your own.

Add a prompt
Tap the + (top-right) to open New Prompt.
Write your prompt in plain language — for example “Can you dive into the client's nutrition?”. Keep it specific so the check-in stays focused (there's a 320-character limit).
Tap Create Prompt to add it to the list.

How it helps: your prompts guide the Insights Areela produces and the reply it drafts, so every check-in covers the things that matter to you. Prompts apply to all your clients — the System defaults plus any you add — not to one client at a time. See Introducing: Areela and its recommendations.
