Automatic Tracking
Automatic Tracking
The journal entries that fill in on their own from your health data — no logging needed.
Getting here: open Journal and look under Today's Entries → Automatic.
How it works
Automatic entries are pulled from Apple Health / Google via a worn wearable — your wearable feeds all of them. As long as you're wearing it and your health app is connected, these entries update themselves; you don't tick or type anything. The data syncs continuously — the app keeps talking to Apple Health (or Google), so your entries stay up to date. The one exception is Weight, which you log yourself.
Wear your device: if you're not wearing your wearable, there's no data to pull, so these entries won't fill in.
What's tracked automatically
Depending on what your coach has set, you might see:
10,000+ steps — your step count for the day.
Heart Rate Zones 1–3 and Heart Rate Zones 4–5 — minutes spent in each.
Day Strain — your training load for the day.
Weight — you log this one yourself (it isn't pulled from your wearable).
Sleep Consistency and Sleep Duration.
Mindfulness session minutes.
Each shows your figure with a ring toward its target.

Who chooses these: your coach sets which automatic entries appear in your journal.
