Food Quality
Food Quality
A score for how nourishing your food is — not just the calories, but the quality.
Getting here: on the Fuel screen, scroll to the bottom and tap your foods to see Food Quality.
Your score
At the top is the day's Food Quality score (e.g. +3) with the date. It builds up as you log foods that count towards each quality category.

Categories
The tabs are the quality categories — Vegetables, Whole grains, Healthy oils, Fruit and more (scroll across for the rest). Pick one to see how you're doing on it. The chart below plots your score per day, with 1w / 3m / 6m / Custom and the calendar to change the range.

How scoring works
Tap the info “i” (top-right) on any category for a plain-English explainer — what it is, why it matters, example foods, and how points are earned. For example, Vegetables: “+10 points when you meet your daily intake of whole vegetables (not sauces or juices) — for most people around 300 g per day. Once you reach +10 points, no additional points are awarded.”
