Nutrition Goals
Nutrition Goals
Your calorie and macro targets, and how you're tracking against them over time.
Getting here: Opens from the Fuel screen, By pressing your Daily Macros Chart.
Your day vs target
At the top you'll see the day's calories (e.g. 2,052 kcal) and the date. Beside it, a status shows whether you're Below Target or Above Target and by how much (e.g. −82 kcal).

Where your targets come from: your goals are based on your TDEE from onboarding, set to a deficit, maintenance or surplus depending on whether your plan is to lose, maintain or gain (your coach sets this in your base program). Below Target means you're under your daily calorie goal, Above Target means over.
If your goals change: your coach can update your calorie and macro goals as you progress. When they do, you'll get a notification with the new numbers, and your targets here update from that point on — previous days keep the goals you had at the time.
Switch metric and time range
Use the Calories / Fat / Protein tabs to choose what the chart shows. The chart plots each day as a bar against a dashed target line (e.g. 2,134 kcal), so you can see over/under at a glance. Change the window with 1w / 3m / 6m / Custom (or the calendar icon) — the date range updates beneath.

Macro Goals
Lower down, Macro Goals shows each macro against its target with a progress bar: Carbs (e.g. 185 / 220 g), Protein (23 / 180 g) and Fat (40 / 60 g).
