Explore Your Macros & Nutrients

The full nutrition breakdown behind your day — every macro and micronutrient, and which foods made it up.

Getting here: on the Fuel screen, tap Explore Macros → (under the Macros card).

Today or This Week

Use the Today / This Week toggle at the top to switch between a single day and your weekly totals. The Calories figure at the top (e.g. 2,052 kcal) is the total for whichever you've picked.

Where your targets come from: your calorie and macro goals are based on your TDEE — worked out during onboarding — then set to a deficit, maintenance or surplus depending on whether your plan is to lose, maintain or gain. Your coach can adjust this in your base program.

The nutrient breakdown

Below that is the full list. Tap any row's > to open it. It's grouped like a nutrition label:

  • Macronutrients — Total Fat (with Saturated, Trans, Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated beneath it), Cholesterol, Sodium, Total Carbohydrate (with Dietary Fibre, Total Sugars and Added Sugars), and Protein.

  • Other — Caffeine and Alcohol.

  • Vitamins & minerals — the full set (e.g. Vitamin A, C, D, E, K, B6, B12, Calcium, Iron, Folate, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc and more).

Search for a nutrient

Use the Search bar to jump straight to one — type, say, “Vitamin B” to see B-6 and B-12 without scrolling.

See which foods contributed

Tap a macro (Calories, Carbs, Protein or Fat) to see the foods that made it up, each with the amount it added, and your total against target (e.g. 2,052 / 2,134 kcal). Tap the + to add another food to that total.

Add a contribution manually

If something isn't logged as a food, you can add the raw amount yourself: choose the macro, enter the value (e.g. Fat 10 g), set a Time (e.g. 12:00), and tap Add to contribution.
