My Foods

My Foods

Your own library of saved foods and recipes — add the ones you eat often once, then log them in a tap.

Getting here: on the Fuel screen tap My Foods, or open the My Foods tab from the Log Fuel search screen.

What My Foods is for

Anything you make or eat regularly — say your own overnight oats — can be saved here with its macros and calories. Next time, you don't rebuild it: you just pick it from My Foods, set the quantity, and it's logged. It's the quick, repeatable way to track your go-to meals.

Note: My Foods holds foods you create yourself. A food found via Search, Describe or Capture can't be saved here — for a repeatable meal, create it as a custom food.

Add a food or recipe

  1. In My Foods, tap the + (top-right) to create a new food, or make one with Custom fuel from the search screen.

  2. Give it a name and photo, set the Serving Size and Metric, an optional Brand name, Categories, and its macros (Fat / Carbs / Protein — the calories work out from these).

  3. Tap Done. It's saved to My Foods for next time. (Full detail in Log Your Food → Custom fuel.)
