Set Fuel Goals from a Client's TDEE
Set Fuel Goals from a Client's TDEE
How a base program sets nutrition — a goal-based adjustment to each client's TDEE, applied automatically.
A base program doesn't use fixed calorie numbers for everyone. Because every client's needs are different, the Fuel section sets nutrition as a goal-based adjustment to each client's own TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). That way the same program fits every client you assign it to.
How it works
Each client's TDEE is calculated during their onboarding — it's the baseline (roughly the calories they need to maintain their weight). Instead of typing a fixed target, you choose a goal adjustment, and Que applies it to that client's TDEE automatically once it's known.
The goal options — Daily Goal %'s
Turn on Daily Goal %'s and pick the goal for the program. Tap any option to set the exact percentage:
Weight / Muscle Gain — a surplus above TDEE (for example +10%).
Maintenance — no change (0%).
Fat Loss — a deficit below TDEE (for example −20%).

Daily Hydration
Turn on Daily Hydration and set the client's daily hydration target (for example 1,500 ml).
Where to set it
You'll find this in a base program's Fuel section — tap Adjust. See Create a Base Program or Edit or Delete a Base Program.
Fine-tuning per client: the base program sets the goal. Once a client is assigned, you can fine-tune their actual macro amounts (in grams) from their profile — see View and Adjust a Client's Program.
