Communities

Group spaces your coach runs, where you chat with others in channels.

Getting here: open Chat (via the “…” menu, or ask Areela), then tap the Communities tab.

What Communities are

Communities are shared group spaces your coach creates and adds you into — for example “Premium client space” or “Getting Started”. Inside, members post and chat in channels, a bit like group chats organised by topic.

Channels

Open a community and you'll find it organised into categories (e.g. General, Events) with channels beneath them (e.g. #Welcome, #post-your-wins, #offers-and-discounts). A red dot means there are new messages. Tap a channel to open it.

Post in a channel

It works just like a direct message — type in “Start typing…” and tap send. Use the + to attach a photo, video or file, or the mic for a voice note.
