Doing a Workout

Doing a Workout

Start a session and log it as you go.

Getting here: open your Weekly Activities (tap Start activity, or the “...” menu → Log Activity) and tap the workout you want to do. See Your Program: Overview.

Start the session

  1. You'll see a preview of the session — the exercises and sets it includes, plus a device option (connect your Phone & Apple Watch to track the session). Tap Start.

  2. The app counts down from 3, then the session begins.

Log it as you go

  1. The Current tab shows one exercise at a time — to help you stay focused — with your target sets and reps (e.g. “Set 1 of 3”).

Tip: tap an exercise's picture (or its info (i)) to see a demo and how-to — see Exercise Info & Demo.

  1. Enter the weight (kg/Ib's) and reps for the set, then tap the green tick. It records the set and moves you to the next one (Set 2 of 3, and so on), with the Progress bar climbing and a timer tracking the session.

  1. Tap the Exercises tab any time to see the full list. You can log and tick sets off here too — each set has weight, reps and a tick, completed sets turn green, the current set is highlighted, and the rest between sets counts down (e.g. 01:00).

  2. Under each exercise, tap + Add Set to add another set, or Stats to see Progress vs Last Time — your Top Set, Volume and e1RM, plus what you did last session, so you can track your personal bests and progress.

  3. Need to change something mid-session? Tap the ... next to an exercise to reorder, add, swap, superset or remove it — see Change Exercises in a Workout.

Rest timers are automatic: after you complete a set, the rest timer between sets starts and counts down on its own — in both the Current and Exercises tabs.

  1. Need a breather? Tap the pause button at the top to pause the workout.

Ending a workout

  1. To finish, tap the orange flag at the top. You'll be asked “Are you sure you want to end this activity?” — you can:

  • Save incomplete activity — keep the progress you've logged so far; or

  • Slide to end — end the activity without saving.

Finishing your workout

  1. When you've completed your sets, you'll be asked “How was your activity?” — rate the intensity from 1 to 5 (for example 4 = High Intensity), then tap Save and End Activity.

Why it matters: your rating is recorded and helps Que — if a session was too easy or too hard, Que nudges your coach to adjust your plan.

  1. You'll see Activity Complete — a summary of your session: Sets, Reps, Exercises and Active Time, with Summary and Exercises tabs. Tap Done.
