Your Program: Overview
Your Program: Overview
Where your plan lives, and how to start a session.
Your coach sets your plan as Weekly Activities — the workouts and activities they've chosen for your week. This is where you find it and start a session.
Finding your program
There are two ways to open your Weekly Activities:
On the home screen, tap Start activity (Areela will point you to Log Activity); or
open the “...” menu (bottom-right) and tap Log Activity.
Both take you to the same Weekly Activities screen.

What's in Weekly Activities
Your coach's plan for the week — for example a Strength Training block with individual workouts (Upper, Leg workout, Push), each showing its number of exercises and sets. Little chain links between workouts mean they're locked so they need to be completed in that order.
Other activities too — running, cycling, tennis and more, if your coach has added them.
A + (top-right) to add your own activity.

Doing a session
Tap any workout to open it, then press Start. See Doing a Workout for the full walkthrough.
What about the learning phase?
You might hear your coach mention a learning phase at the start. For you, nothing looks or works differently — you find and do your workouts exactly the same way. It's simply the early period where the app and your coach get to know you from your data, so your plan can be tailored over time.
Your week & progress
Your activities aren't locked to particular days — it's up to you to complete them all within the 7-day week, whenever suits. The Activity view shows how you're getting on:
the week (Mon–Sun) across the top, with a ring for each day;
a Target Strain dial — your strain for the day against a target range (e.g. 17–37%);
your weekly progress — how many activities you've done and how many are left (e.g. “1 out of 3 · 2 left this week”) with a progress bar;
your activity list, with completed ones ticked.
