Getting Started & Finding Your Way Around

Where the app opens, and how the three main buttons work.

When you open the app you land on Areela, your AI assistant. Everything else is one tap away from the three buttons along the bottom of the screen.

The three buttons at the bottom

From left to right:

  • Your photo (left) — your Home dashboard. Your day at a glance.

  • Areela (centre) — the AI assistant. Where the app opens.

  • Menu, the “...” (right) — all the main areas. Your navigation grid.

Areela (centre) — where you land

The app opens on Areela with “Hi {CoachName}, how can I help you today?”, some quick actions (Start a chat, Build a program, Create workout, Manage clients) and a How can I help? bar (type, or tap the mic to speak). See Chat & Areela: Overview.

Your photo (left) — the Home dashboard

Tap your photo to open your dashboard — a snapshot of your day:

  • a greeting and date, and your coach status — set whether you're Active, Sick, Injured or on Holiday.

  • Training Now — any clients who are currently in a training session appear here.

  • Review Check-ins — how many check-ins are waiting, with client photos (see Check-ins: Overview).

  • Client Radar — how many clients need attention (“X out of Y clients to action”).

  • Stats — your business numbers over 7 or 30 days (e.g. Monthly Revenue).

  • the cog (top-right) opens Settings.

Set your status: tap the status chip at the top of your dashboard to open My status, choose Active, Sick, Injured or Holiday, then tap Save. Your clients can see your status, so they know if you’re away or on holiday.
