Health Scores: Overview

Health Scores: Overview

A quick read on how your body's doing — training load, stress, readiness and sleep.

Getting here: on the Areela screen (centre button), tap the Health scores shortcut.

What it is

“Health scores” is a quick summary of your latest scores. Tap it and Areela pulls them together in plain language — telling you not just the score but what's driving it.

What it covers

Areela reports your latest available scores (e.g. “from 23 Jul”), such as:

  • Cardio load — e.g. “low, driven mainly by low activity volume”.

  • Stress — e.g. “very low, so stress looks minimal”.

  • Strain / Readiness — e.g. “moderate, with readiness looking strong; steps having the biggest impact”.

  • Sleep.

If a score isn't available for a day, Areela says so and offers to check the details or pull a different date.

See them on your dashboard

Your home screen also shows score cards — Activity, Fuel, Stress, Readiness and Sleep — tap a card to open that score's detail. See Stress, Readiness and Sleep.
