Journal Overview
Journal Overview
Your daily check-in for habits, mood, supplements and anything else you or your coach want to track.
Getting here: two ways — open the “…” menu (bottom-right) and tap Journal, or tap the centre Areela button and choose Journal.
Your week
The days (Mon–Sun) run across the top, each with a ring showing how much of that day you've completed — a green tick means the day's done. Tap a day to view or fill it in.

Today's Entries: Manual and Automatic
Your entries sit in two groups:
Manual — things you log yourself. These are usually ones your coach has set for you to track for a reason, and you tick them off (or enter a value) each day — e.g. Daily Mood, 10 mins meditation, Calcium Tablets.
Automatic — filled in for you from your health data (e.g. 10,000+ steps, Mindfulness minutes). These come from Apple Health / Google via a worn wearable, which is why they log on their own — nothing to enter.

Types of manual entry
Done / not done — tap the green tick if you did it or the cross if you didn't (e.g. Daily Mood, 10 mins meditation).
A value — tap the entry and type a number with its unit (e.g. Calcium Tablets 50 mg). Some values also have a goal you're working towards.

Copy from a previous day
Tap Copy from (top-right of Today's Entries), pick a day on Select previous date, and tap Copy Day to bring that day's entries across — handy when your routine repeats. See Copying a Previous Day.

Make it your own
Tap to Customise your journal — turn entries on or off, browse by category (e.g. Medication, Mental), and create your own. See Customise Your Journal.
Who sets these up: your coach can add entries for you (including the automatic ones), and you can add your own on top.
