Logging a Journal Entry
Logging a Journal Entry
How to tick off — or fill in — the entries in your journal each day.
Getting here: open Journal and look under Today's Entries → Manual.
Your Manual entries are usually the things your coach has set for you to track for a reason — so logging them is mostly a case of ticking them off (or entering a value) each day. There are a few types.
Done / not done
For a simple habit — e.g. Daily Mood or 10 mins meditation — tap the green tick if you did it, or the cross if you didn't. Your choice is saved and the day's ring fills up as you complete entries.

Enter a value
Tap an entry that takes a number — e.g. Calcium Tablets.
Type the amount on the keypad; its unit is shown beneath (e.g. mg).
Tap Save.

Values with a goal
Some value entries have a goal you're working towards, shown as a bar (e.g. “1,500 ml left” out of a 2,500 target). This target is set by your coach — just enter your amount and tap Save.

Automatic entries: some entries fill in on their own from your health data and don't need logging — see Automatic Tracking.
