Message a Client

Message a Client

Reach a client through Areela, by voice, or from the Chat area.

There are two easy ways to message a client: ask Areela to send it for you, or open the Chat area and message them directly.

Option 1 — Ask Areela

  1. In the Areela chat, type an instruction such as Message {clientName}”. Areela sends it and confirms with a tick (add your message, or Areela will help you word it).

  2. Prefer to speak? Tap the microphone and say Message {clientName} instead.

Option 2 — From the Chat area

  1. Open Chat. Your one-to-one conversations are under the DM tab (with Communities alongside).

  2. Tap an existing conversation to continue it, or tap the + to Create New.

  3. Choose Direct Message, then pick the client from Select Client (use the search box to find them). To message several people at once, choose Space, Channel or Group Chat instead.

  1. Type your message. To send more than text, add a camera photo, a photo from your library, a document, or a voice note.
