Understanding Your Activity Score

Understanding Your Activity Score

The number at the top of Activity — a quick read on how much training you've put in.

Getting here: it's the big number at the top of the Activity screen.

What the score is

Your Activity score is a daily strain number with a word next to it — for example 0 “low”. It's an at-a-glance sense of how much training load you've put in that day, and it builds up as you complete activities. Each day has its own score, which is why the rings on the week strip fill differently day to day.

Other days: just like Fuel, you can tap another day on the week strip, or use the calendar icon (top-right), to see that day's Activity score and workouts.

Target Strain

Just under the score is your Target Strain range (e.g. 17–37%) — the zone you're aiming to land in: enough training to make progress, without overdoing it. Use it as a guide for whether to push a little more or ease off.

Your activities this week

Below the score, “X out of Y” shows how many of this week's planned activities you've done (e.g. 2 out of 3, 67%), with your workouts listed underneath — completed ones are ticked. Tap one to open it. See Doing a Workout.

Who can see it

Your coach can see your Activity score on their side, so it helps them keep an eye on your training load and adjust your plan if needed.
