Your Activity History & Metrics

Your Activity History & Metrics

See your past sessions and how your body's responding.

Getting here: open your dashboard (tap your photo, bottom-left), then tap the Activity card. That opens the Activity view — your week and strain at the top; scroll down for history, trends and metrics.

Activity History

Tap Activity History to see a dated list of everything you've done — strength sessions plus any other activities you've logged (running, biking, badminton, even things like “In Vehicle”), each with its duration and date & time. Use the Time and Date selector at the top to jump to a different period.

Below your week, the Activity view shows how you're tracking over time:

  • Activity Duration — your total active time, with the trend (e.g. down 9h 24m).

  • Cardio Load — your cardio load and whether you're building or “Detraining”.

  • Steps — your steps and their trend (e.g. Stable).

Health metrics

You'll also see key health readings, each with a value and a trend:

  • HRV (heart-rate variability) — e.g. 26 ms, Declining.

  • RHR (resting heart rate) — e.g. 72 bpm, Average.

  • SpO₂ (blood-oxygen) — e.g. Stable.

Metrics This Week

At the bottom, Metrics This Week totals your training for the week — Sets, Reps and Exercises.

Looking for personal bests? Your PBs are kept in each exercise's Stats (Progress vs Last Time) while you train, not on this screen — see Doing a Workout.

Where does this come from? Most of your metrics are pulled automatically from your connected wearable, so they update on their own. Your training totals come from the workouts you log.
